What method of delivery is used?

Your order will be delivered by next day Courier delivery service. This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to stock availability. Where the personal courier service is not available, Vybrance will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer.

We will aim to dispatch all parcels on the day of the order (if placed before 3pm on a working day). If placed after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day

As an added benefit to our customers we do not charge for packaging or handling. Delivery can take 1-3 days however most packages do arrive within 2 days of being posted.

Will all of my items be delivered at the same time?

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply: Delayed items will be despatched as soon as stock becomes available.

Do you delivery overseas?

We are not currently able to delivery outside of the UK.

When will I revieve delayed item?

Items will be delivered when your item becomes available for despatch, we will e-mail you so you can track your order. Items ordered for delivery to store - We will e-mail or text you to let you know the date your order is ready for collection from your chosen store.

Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

You only pay a £3.99 delivery charge for each order, regardless of how many items you order. For further details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

If part of my order is delayed, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge?

No, as the item was part of the original order, you will not be charged any extra delivery charge.

What do I do if me delivery is incorrect>

We are very sorry you have an item that isn’t what you ordered. Please Contact Us so we can put things right for you. *For call charges contact your service provider.
